Let's create equitable, diverse and inclusive spaces
I support progressive organisations and leaders to develop more equitable, diverse and inclusive spaces. I do that through facilitating courageous conversations, courses and workshops, conducting research and EDI audits, and providing bespoke support. Using an intersectional lens, we will drive cultural change together.
Courses
Learning should never be monotonous, so my online and face-to-face courses are interactive and informative, full of practical tips too. I also add a good dose of creativity. I create a safe and non-judgemental space where everyone feels included and encouraged to participate. I focus on impact, so we all learn and grow together to make the change we want to see.
Workshops
My face-to-face or online workshops not only challenge your thinking but also inspire you to make practical changes.
As always, I am flexible to your needs and goals. Here are some examples of the workshops I offer but don’t hesitate to reach out if you need something else.
- Impactful EDI: Starting your meaningful journey towards an inclusive workspace
- Exploring Intersectionality - what makes us all unique
- Wellbeing and Belonging - fostering workplaces where everyone can thrive at work
Research & EDI Audits
Getting some insights and data is the first step towards understanding what is going on and what needs to change.
If you need support identifying your priorities, developing an EDI strategy, or an EDI action plan, I’m here to help. I offer research support that brings the unseen to light. I achieve this through research interviews, focus groups, desktop research, data analysis and other research means.
Together, we can understand your organisation’s needs, and take it from there to develop meaningful and long-lasting change.
As a freelancer, I am happy to collaborate with research agencies focusing on social impact too.
Bespoke Support
Every organisation is a different canvas, each with its unique textures and colours.
Let’s talk about your particular needs and see if we’re a match. I will be honest and let you know what we can or cannot do together. Simple, isn’t it? If my skillset doesn’t quite align, I’m always happy to recommend someone else who can support your journey towards more inclusion and equity.
