At the moment, I am busy:
- finding underrepresented directors, so they can take part in an exciting fully-funded programme to support their business’ growth. I love the conversations I have had with these entrepreneurs and their excitment! And the team at Creative UK is a delight to work with. Ideal client and project. 🙂
- supporting a fab charity, upskilling their trustees and leadership team, so they are aligned on their EDI ambitions. Exciting piece of work that put my research skills into good use. I enjoy understanding how people connect with EDI and bringing people together despite their differences. I guess I am in the right job! 😉
- working for the European Commission as an Expert (my 6th year!). I am reviewing funding applications and assessing how well they are doing in terms of engagement, gender equality, inclusion and diversity amongst other things. It’s hard work but it’s so inspiring to read about ideas across Europe and beyond. I am learning every day.
- preparing some workshops on Intersectionality and a panel discussion on this topic too. As you know, a big passion of mine and my expertise. So very excited to have clients who understand the value of intersectionality and how it can help them design more
TO COME:
an article + a podcast about class and the visual arts sector – bringing an intersectional lens on this topic.
