Research & EDI Audits

Getting some insights and reliable data is the first step towards understanding what is going on and what needs to change.

If you need support identifying your priorities, developing an EDI strategy, or an EDI action plan, I’m here to help. I offer auditing/research support that brings the unseen to light. I achieve this through research interviews, focus groups, desktop research, data analysis and other research means.

Together, we can understand your organisation’s needs, and take it from there to develop meaningful and long-lasting change.

As a freelancer, I also collaborate with research agencies focusing on social impact too. 

Workshops & EDI Training

My face-to-face or online workshops and training sessions not only challenge your thinking but also inspire you to make practical changes.

Learning should never be monotonous, so my online and face-to-face training courses are interactive and informative, full of practical tips too. I also add a good dose of creativity.

I aim to create a non-judgemental space where everyone feels included and encouraged to participate. I focus on impact, so we all learn and grow together to make the change we want to see.

Creative Sector

With 15 years of experience in the creative sector, I understand its unique challenges – such as funding difficulties, audience development and a lack of diversity – and its incredible potential for change.

To support this transformation, I offer a bespoke 7-week programme tailored to changemakers, focusing on building your EDI capacity internally, and embedding equity into your practise. Alongside this, I’m building a community of changemakers committed to driving meaningful inclusion and equity.
